Once data has been captured and the surgical plan has been prepared, execute surgery and place implants. Use digital 3D scanner to measure exact placement and angulation of implants, then work with digital lab partner to design provisional fixed denture.

Print and Process
Send appliance design to RayWare. Add supports and orient the print, then send to SprintRay Pro 3D printer. Wash OnX resin according to Instructions for Use, spraying with alcohol and wiping away excess resin. Post cure in ProCure 2 for optimal performance and speed.

Remove supports and polish. Stain and glaze as desired to achieve a natural look, then place part in curing unit again. Check carefully for imperfections or cracks that might compromise the structure of the print.
Preparation Tips
- Follow resin post-processing instructions closely
- After staining and glazing, perform second post-cure
- Ensure anchor holes are free from debris

Place and secure the provisional. Check for movement or discrepancies, then tighten screws to 15nm. Perform CBCT scan to ensure alignment and proper placement of appliance relative to implants.
